RCO automates visitor management with CavVisit Cloud
The visitor system CavVisit Cloud is integrated with the RCO access control system.
The visitor management system CavVisit Cloud is integrated with RCO M5 and handles all types of visit processes.
The visitor system can create temporary access cards and temporary QR codes in RCO, which are then provided to visitors to access various parts of the facility.
The integration enables automatic management of visitors, contractors, and other individuals who need temporary access to the properties controlled by RCO.
Visitor recipients are automatically retrieved from RCO
When the visitor system CavVisit is connected to RCO M5, individuals in the RCO database are automatically retrieved and loaded into the visitor system. An administrator can choose to allow everyone in the RCO database to become visitor recipients or set up filters so that individuals must meet certain criteria before being created as visitor recipients.
Visitors' QR codes function as access cards in RCO
When a visitor checks in, they are automatically created in RCO for full traceability, along with a unique QR code and the correct access permissions.
The QR code is sent via SMS or automatically printed on a visitor badge along with the visitor’s details and the QR code. Visitors can then use the visitor badge with the QR code as an access card in card readers connected to RCO or CampTrac Cloud.
Professional invitations automate visitor management
In the visitor management system, professional invitation emails are designed and sent to visitors who are scheduled to visit the facility. The invitation contains a QR code used for automatic self-registration on-site, allowing visitors to manage their visit themselves, similar to an airport experience.
The enterprise kiosk manages multiple clients in the same RCO environment
The self-service kiosks in the visitor system handle multiple companies or departments in the same kiosk. Thanks to the visitor management system’s unique multi-site functionality, each part of the business can have its own little world in the visitor system that only they see and control. In the Enterprise kiosk, there is a button for each site, and when visitors press the button for the part of the company they are visiting, they easily find the right people and the right information.
