When the visitor system CavVisit is connected to Pacom Unison, individuals are automatically retrieved from the Unison database and loaded into CavVisit. An administrator can choose to allow everyone in Unison to become visitor recipients or set up filters so that individuals must meet certain criteria before being created as visitor recipients.
Visitors' QR codes function as access cards in Unison

When a visitor checks in, they are automatically created in Unison for full traceability, along with a unique QR code and appropriate access permissions. The QR code is automatically printed on a visitor badge along with the visitor’s details. Visitors can then use the visitor badge with the QR code as an access card in card readers connected to Unison.
Professional invitations automate visitor management

In the visitor system, professional invitation emails are designed and sent to visitors via SMS and email who are scheduled to visit the facility. The invitation includes a QR code for automatic self-registration on-site, allowing visitors to manage their stay independently, similar to an airport.
