The PS-24 is a 24-inch visitor kiosk with a touchscreen and virtual keyboard designed to be placed on a reception desk or mounted on a wall. The visitor kiosk is designed to automate visitor check-in, check-out, and registration processes.
The visitor kiosk is used for checking in pre-registered visitors as well as registering drop-in visitors.
The visitor kiosk is pre-installed with the latest MS Windows operating system and the CavVisit Cloud visitor system. Upon delivery, only power and network connections are needed.

Visitor kiosk PS1-24

The PS1-24 is a visitor kiosk with a floor stand and a clear front sign (optional printing on the front sign included) that can be securely mounted on the floor or wall. The PS1-24 can be equipped in various ways depending on requirements.
When visitors are pre-booked, they can self-check-in using a QR code on their mobile phones, which they scan at the QR reader located beside the screen, and receive a visitor badge printed out. The host is automatically notified via SMS or email that the visitor has arrived, enabling them to communicate via the secure SMS service without their mobile phone numbers being displayed to each other.
The basic configuration of the visitor kiosk includes a 24-inch touchscreen (with touch functionality), an industrial PC, a QR reader, and a stainless-steel keyboard.

The PS2-24 visitor kiosk is a floor-standing, height-adjustable kiosk designed to accommodate all visitors. It is designed according to recommendations from DHR (Participation, Empowerment, Freedom of Movement), formerly known as the Swedish Disability Federation. The PS2-24 is suitable for businesses with workplace environment regulations that include individuals with disabilities.
The PS2-24 features a 24-inch touchscreen and a virtual keyboard for floor placement. The kiosk comes with a fixed stainless-steel keyboard that can be wiped down with alcohol-based cleaning agents to remove bacteria and viruses.
The touchscreen is of industrial quality and offers many options. The lower part of the kiosk has a hard plastic surface where the company’s logo and message can be mounted.
The self-service kiosk can be used for checking in pre-registered visitors as well as registering drop-in visitors.
The screen has 4 built-in micro-USB ports used to connect peripherals such as QR code scanners, webcams, and body temperature readers (to read visitors’ body temperature before approving entry, to prevent potential Covid-19 spread).
The kiosk comes with an industrial-grade PC mounted on the back of the screen. The computer comes with built-in Wi-Fi and a powerful set of features. The kiosk is pre-installed with the latest MS Windows operating system.
As accessories, the visitor kiosk can be complemented with a QR code reader and a visitor badge printer.
