How is q-channel integrated with the CampTrac access control system?
When visitors take a queue ticket in the Q-channel app or kiosk, QR-channel automatically generates the same QR code in CampTrac Cloud.
When the visitor’s queue number is called, the QR code is activated in CampTrac Cloud. The user presents the QR code from the Q-channel app to CampTrac Cloud’s QR reader, which controls a door or speed gate. This way, Q-channel’s customers can restrict visitor access to specific areas or rooms only when it’s their turn.
